This is a BIG one!

Y'all if you ever decide to take a 12 day trip to basically anywhere don't promise anyone that you'll post something everyday cause it isn't gonna happen! We have been doing, seeing, and hardly sleeping!

We have literally not stopped since my last post! Y'all buckle up!

Our first stop was the Muckross House and Gardens in Killarney, Ireland. If you ever get the chance to visit here I highly recommend, it is absolutely beautiful. Of course like even picture I post they will never do it justice.

The Muckross House is a one stop shop, we spent the majority of our day there and had a wonderful lunch as well. There are traditional farms on the grounds with demonstrations at various farmhouses reminiscent of the time period, it will definitely make you appreciate the life we have!

We passed the Torc Waterfall located in the Killarney National Park while touring the Ring of Kerry and knew we had to make a special trip to visit and get an up close view, it did not disappoint! It was a short walk up the mountain to a picturesque point of natures wonder.

We made a day trip to The Cliffs of Moher from Killarney and I honestly can't put the experience into  words, they are stunningly beautiful and mysterious and thought provoking. I could have spent all day there just in awe, deep in thought and asking myself why I was lucky enough to see such awesomeness. When we arrived it was cold and raining, we scrambled to add layers all eager to get to the lookout point a moderate hike away. As we climbed up to the point there was fog dense enough to dampen your spirit but we soon realized that we weren't on our time but that of natures and she doesn't make mistakes. You can't rush to greatness and we gave her time and she revealed herself to us in the most amazing way.

From The Cliffs of Moher we made our north to Galway, Ireland checked in to our Air BNB and swiftly cleaned up and headed a bit back south to Bunratty Castle for a medieval dinner and show, which I had been excited about from the early stages of trip planning. I read over 300 reviews of the dinner and the majority of people described it as perfectly cheesy, a sentiment I totally agree with, but it will be one of my favorite experiences of this trip. The food was okay, the ribs better than the other courses but the music and sincerity from the performers was perfection.

Kylemore Abbey was the next stop on the list, if I had to choose somewhere to live this location would be it, breathtaking is an understatement. The Abbey, Gothic Church and Walled Gardens are located on a pristine piece of property and manicured grounds. We added this stop and honestly didn't reserve the time it needed but it was beautiful no doubt. I do recommend looking this one up and doing some research, the Gothic Church was built by Mitcheil Henry for his late wife who died suddenly from dysentery. The Church is now obviously a tourist attraction but still had a very Holy feel and respected as such.

Stay tuned, y'all!

The Finale!

As I mentioned in the last post, the idea to blog daily was a good thought but in reality it wasn't practical. I will wrap things up wi...
